The Owner Score

How much of your business runs without you?

A business that cannot run without you is not a business. It is a job you gave yourself, and it is worth almost nothing the day you try to sell it.

01 / 12

If you disappeared for two weeks with no phone, what happens?

Two minutes, twelve questions, one number out of 100. No email to see your score, and you keep it whether you hire us or not.

Everything we do

Most firms sell you one lane and hand you off to somebody who sells another. We take the parts of a business that never talk to each other, make them one system, and then teach you to run it.

The whole business. Not a channel.

The person

The plan, and the owner

The deep dive most owners have never sat through, then the plan written down with real numbers in it. Hilary has spent her career getting businesses off the ground and getting owners out of their own way, and she is still on the call in month seven when the motivation has worn off.

You keep the plan whether or not you hire us again.
The back office

The books and the systems

QuickBooks wired to what actually happens instead of reconciled in a panic every quarter. A client, job and money system you own outright rather than renting a seat on Monday or Asana forever. Booking and payments that run without you. Your real numbers in one place, current, so decisions stop being guesses.

Your deploy, your database, no monthly ransom.
The storefront

What they see and where they buy

Identity, voice and a site on your own repo and your own domain. A store if you sell, a booking engine if you schedule. Accessible to WCAG 2.1 AA from the first line of code, because in California an inaccessible site is a $4,000-per-violation invitation. Fast, because your customers are on phones.

Built to be handed over, not hosted hostage.
The growth engine

Getting found and followed

Google, Apple Maps, and the AI engines people now ask instead of searching. Instagram, TikTok, X and YouTube run as one system with a content engine behind it rather than four accounts nobody feeds. Reviews asked for on purpose. Traffic that turns into booked work instead of impressions.

Measured on booked work, not reach.

The reason you're here

You have already paid for this twice.

Once to work on the business. The site looks better now. The number did not move.

Once to work on you. You got clarity, a notebook full of it, and nothing built.

Both were real money, and both were probably good at the thing they were hired to do. Neither one was accountable for whether the business actually grew, so neither one made it grow.

That is not bad luck and it is not you being bad at this. It is what happens when the person and the machine get handed to two different vendors who never speak to each other.

You do not need a third specialist. You need one team that owns the whole outcome.

The work was never the problem. The seam was.

The part nobody else will put in writing

You own all of it.

Your repo. Your domain. Your database. Your ad accounts. Your customer list. Every login, handed to you in a document with your name on it.

We do not rent you a seat on our software, and we do not keep a hand on the switch to keep you paying. Fire us tomorrow and you keep the entire business, working, with nothing to migrate and nobody to beg.

Most owners are renting their own company from ten different vendors and calling it running a business. That is the thing we actually fix.

A vendor is a cost. An asset is a business.

How it works

The person, the plan, the brand, the machine.

Most firms do one of these and hand you off to somebody who does the next one. We do all four, in order, because skipping one is usually why the last three attempts didn't take.

  1. The person

Who's actually running this, and what you want your life to look like on the other side of it.

  2. The plan

The business that fits that person, written down, with numbers in it.

  3. The brand

What it looks like, what it sounds like, and what it's allowed to charge.

  4. The machine

The funnel and the content that bring people in while you're doing the work.

  5. Traction

The part everyone promises and almost nobody stays around for.

The three steps

Seed. Grow. Harvest.

Three steps. Each one pays for itself and earns the next one. You can stop after any of them and keep everything you paid for.

We don't publish prices, because we have never built the same business twice. You get a real number in a written proposal after the first call, and it does not move.

Seed

The Blueprint

A fixed fee

quoted before we start · 2–3 weeks

Hilary takes the plan out of you, the life one and the business one, in a deep dive most people have never sat through. Edward audits the brand, the market and the funnel from the outside. You leave with the plan written down and a roadmap for building it.

You keep the plan whether or not you ever hire us again.
Grow

The Build

Scoped per project

staged payments · 4–8 weeks

Identity, colour, messaging, guidelines, the website rebuilt around the plan, launch content, and the funnel that turns attention into booked work. Staged payments, a call every week, live at the end of it.

No mockups. It goes live or it isn't finished.
Harvest

The Backing

A monthly figure

agreed up front · month to month

Coaching and accountability on one side, funnel, content and growth operations on the other. Month one is easy for anybody. This is the part where somebody is still holding you to it in month seven.

Month to month. We'd rather earn it than trap you in it.

The plan is the product, so the plan is never free.

We gave plans away for years and watched them sit in drawers. People run what they paid for. So the diagnostic is free and honest, the call is free and honest, and the moment we start doing the work, you are a client.

Why not one or the other

Most coaches can't build. Most agencies can't coach.

You've probably already paid one of them. Here's the part that keeps getting left out of the invoice.

The promise

Nobody leaves with a plan in a drawer.

Hilary pulls the business out of the person. Edward makes it real in the market. That closed loop is the whole product.

Who we are

DEMETYR is what two companies made together.

Hilary Haron and STRIVYN have both been running for years, separately, each doing half of this. Hilary builds the founder and the plan. Edward builds the brand and the machine that sells. Both still exist, both are still ours.

We built a third company on top of them because the half neither of us could deliver alone turned out to be the half that actually changes a business. You don't get handed off here. You get both of us, from the first call to the customers coming in.

Hilary Haron

The inside

Coach, part therapist, and the person who can get your life and business plan out of you in one sitting after you've been circling it for three years. She's built plans for founders, for a dealership group, and for main-street retail. She learned what a plan is worth by paying for one that wasn't, which is exactly why she charges for hers now.

The outside

Brand, web, funnel, and the part where it actually ships. He runs STRIVYN Studio and has been building live businesses for years under one rule: no mockups, no decks in a drawer, the thing goes live with your name on it or it isn't finished.

Also from us

And the Backoffice you run it all on.

Every business we build needs the same thing eventually: one place to see clients, work, money and what's due this week. So we built it, and now we build you your own.

Your deploy, your data, your domain. No monthly subscription to a company that raises the price every January and owns your customer list.

Before you book

Questions people actually ask.

Do I have to do all three steps?

No. Most people start with the Blueprint and stop to think about it. About half go on to the Build. The Backing is for people who want us still there in month seven. Each step is priced on its own and you own everything you pay for.

What if I just want a website?

Then we're the wrong call, and there are good people who'll build you one. We don't sell a site on its own, because a site that isn't built on a plan is decoration. We've both been paid to make decoration before and it didn't work.

Why do I have to pay for the discovery?

Because a plan you didn't pay for is a plan you won't run. The Blueprint is the product, not the sales pitch for the product, and it's the thing you'd still have if you never spoke to us again.

How long does the whole thing take?

Blueprint is two to three weeks, the Build is four to eight. Most people have the plan in hand inside the first month and are live about three months after the first call.

Do you work outside Southern California?

Yes. We're in Orange County and most of the work happens on video anyway. The deep dive is better in person when it can be.

What actually happens on the intake call?

Thirty minutes, both of us on it. You tell us what you're doing and where it's stuck, we tell you what we think is actually wrong. If the Blueprint isn't right for you, we'll say so on the call.
